What does RENTAL PAY LO charge?
Nothing to list, and no commission on a rental. Owners keep the full amount. We may introduce a payment fee in future, but it would be shown before payment rather than deducted after.
Do I need an account?
No. Search, read every detail, and message the owner on WhatsApp without registering. That is deliberate - the moment an account is required, most people stop enquiring.
Who holds the security deposit?
The owner, not us. That is why the deposit is stated on the listing rather than negotiated later. If you pay a rental through us, only the rental amount is held by us.
What does the verified badge mean?
That a person at RENTAL PAY LO confirmed the owner is who they say they are. It is not an inspection of the item and not a review of previous renters.
Which cities are covered?
We publish only cities that have live inventory. An empty city page would be a dead end for you and a waste of crawl budget for search engines.
