Terms of use

The Platform lets owners publish rental listings and lets renters find them. Owners set their own rates. Renters contact owners directly, usually over WhatsApp, and pay owners directly.

Kitros Infotech does not sell the items listed, does not own them, does not take custody of them, and is not a party to any contract between an owner and a renter.

We do not inspect, test, approve the condition of, vouch for, or guarantee any listed item. Descriptions, photographs, rates, availability and availability claims are supplied by owners. We publish them as supplied.

Nothing on the Platform — including the “Verified owner” badge — is a warranty, an assurance of quality, a statement that an item exists, or a guarantee that a rental will proceed. You rely on the information at your own risk and should inspect any item before committing to it.

By publishing a listing you agree that:

• You own, or have the right to rent out, the item you have listed.
• The description and photographs are accurate and yours to publish.
• Your rate and any security deposit you ask for are your own decision.
• You will deal fairly with renters and will not misdescribe an item to obtain a deposit or a payment.
• You will respond to reasonable enquiries in a timely manner.

Listing on the Platform is free and RENTAL PAY LO takes no commission on any rental. Owners may purchase a paid package, which affects only placement in search results and the visibility of their listing. Paid packages do not alter the rent, the deposit, or the terms of any rental.

A paid package never buys a “Verified owner” badge. That badge is issued only after Kitros Infotech checks an owner’s identity, and it means exactly that and nothing more.

You agree to:

• Use the item lawfully and for the purpose it is offered for.
• Return it in the condition you received it in, within the agreed period.
• Agree damage responsibilities with the owner in writing before any payment is made.
• Not misrepresent your identity when contacting an owner.

Any security deposit is agreed directly between you and the owner and is paid by you directly to the owner. The Platform does not hold, custody, refund, or arbitrate security deposits. Disputes about deposits are between you and the owner. Photograph an item at handover and at return; in practice this settles almost every disagreement.

Rental payments are made by you directly to the owner. Any payment processing offered through the Platform is provided for convenience and remains a contract between you and the owner. We do not warrant that any item will be delivered, returned, or fit for purpose.

You must not use the Platform to:

• List anything unlawful, stolen, or that you have no right to rent out.
• List prohibited goods, weapons, counterfeit items, or adult material.
• Post misleading listings, fake photographs, or fabricated prices.
• Harass, impersonate, or defraud another user.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract Platform content for republication.

We may remove any listing, suspend any account, and block any user at our discretion, particularly where a listing appears fraudulent, where a user has been reported, or where continuing to publish the listing could expose another user to loss. Where we can, we will tell you why.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitros Infotech is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss of rent, damage to an item, loss of a deposit, or loss of data. This includes indirect and consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to clause 10, the courts at Andhra Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
