Privacy policy

The data controller is Kitros Infotech, a proprietorship firm registered in Andhra Pradesh (GSTIN 37BAYPK4274M1ZQ), operating the RENTAL PAY LO Platform.

We collect only what we need to operate a listing platform:

• Listing data — the title, description, photographs, rates, category and location you submit as an owner.
• Contact details — your name and phone number when you list an item, or when you request a callback.
• Usage data — pages viewed, listings viewed, searches made and enquiries made, so we can see what works.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and device type, collected in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are made by you directly to the owner, outside the Platform.

• To publish and display your listing to the public.
• To pass an enquiry to the owner of the listing you asked about.
• To operate payments and packages you have chosen to buy.
• To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the Platform usable.
• To understand which categories and cities are in demand.

We share your information only with:

• Other users, where you have published a listing or sent an enquiry. Your name and phone number are visible to the owner of a listing you enquire about, and to any renter who views your listing.
• Service providers who host our database, deliver transactional email, or process analytics, under obligation to keep the data confidential and use it only for us.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Listings are kept while they are live. Enquiry and contact records are kept for as long as needed to resolve disputes and meet legal requirements, and are then deleted or anonymised. Logs are rotated.

We use a small number of cookies. None of them are used for cross-site advertising, and none of them are sold.

• Essential — keeping you signed in and enforcing rate limits. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics — aggregate page and event counts, so we know which pages work. IP addresses are truncated.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the Platform from working.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your data, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Withdraw a listing from public view.

Requests are handled through our grievance process. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with encryption at rest. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to operate the Platform. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data and creates a legally notifiable risk, we will tell you and the appropriate authority.

The Platform is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and will delete it if we discover that we have.

Kitros Infotech operates from Andhra Pradesh, India. By using the Platform you accept that your data will be processed in India.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. Material changes will be signposted on the Platform.
