RENTAL PAY LO

Listing policy

Kitros Infotech · RENTAL PAY LO · Last updated 11 October 2026

Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes public. This page explains what we look for, what we will not publish, and how the verified badge works — including why it can never be bought.

1.You must have the right to rent it out

You must own the item, or have written authority from the owner to rent it out. Listings for items you have no right to offer will be removed, and repeat offenders will lose access.

This applies to property. A landlord may list a flat they own or manage. A tenant without the owner’s written consent may not.

2.What we will not publish

  • Anything stolen, smuggled, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or anything registered as such.
  • Counterfeit or replica branded goods.
  • Tobacco, narcotics, or regulated substances.
  • Adult material or anything sexual involving minors.
  • Live animals, livestock, or birds.
  • Medical equipment without the registration the law requires.
  • Anything offered for sale rather than rent.

3.Listings must be real

Every listing must have:

  • A specific title. “Sony Alpha A7 IV with 24-70mm lens”, not “camera”.
  • At least one photograph of the actual item you are offering. Stock images and manufacturer shots are not acceptable.
  • A daily rate, a monthly rate, or both. A listing with no price cannot be published.
  • An honest security deposit. If you take none, say so. Inflating the deposit to discourage interest is treated as a misleading listing.
  • A city and district that is genuinely where the item is.

4.Pricing

Owners set their own rates and RENTAL PAY LO never marks them up. You may not publish a price that is obviously false and never intend to honour — for example a single-rupee day rate intended to draw enquiries that you then quote differently.

5.The verified badge

A “Verified owner” badge means one thing: Kitros Infotech has confirmed the owner is who they say they are. It is issued after a identity check, free of charge.

The badge cannot be purchased. If it could, it would stop being evidence of anything — a renter hands a stranger an expensive item partly on the strength of that badge, so selling it would put both honest owners and renters at risk. It is also, quite literally, misleading to label a paid badge as a verification.

Paid packages buy visibility — position in search results and extra listing capacity. They never buy trust.

6.Paid placement and search results

Owners on a paid package appear higher in results. We cap paid listings so that no more than roughly one result in three is paid, and paid placements are always labelled. An owner’s paid status never changes their price, their deposit, or the terms of a rental.

7.How listings are reviewed

Submissions arrive as pending and are invisible to the public. A person checks them and either approves or rejects. Owners cannot approve their own listings; that control is enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.

8.Removal

We may remove a listing at any time, particularly where it is reported as misleading, where it breaches this policy, or where leaving it up could cause someone financial loss.
