Every description, photograph, rate, deposit figure and availability claim on this site comes from an owner. We publish owner-supplied content and we do not independently verify that an item exists, is in the stated condition, is available on the stated dates, or is priced correctly.

A “Verified owner” badge means Kitros Infotech checked the owner’s identity. That is all it means. It is not an inspection of the item, a background check, a review of previous renters, or an assurance that any rental will go well.

The badge is earned and cannot be bought. A paid package affects only where a listing appears in search results — never whether a badge is applied.

The contract for a rental is between the owner and the renter. Kitros Infotech is not a party to it, does not collect the rent, does not hold the security deposit, and does not guarantee performance by either side.

Owners set their own prices. We do not mark them up, but we also do not audit them. A price shown here is the owner’s stated price at the time of publication and may change without notice. Always confirm the rate, the deposit and the dates with the owner before paying anything.

Photographs are supplied by owners and are illustrative. They may show an item that has since changed, been damaged, or been sold. Do not rely on a photograph as evidence of condition.

When renting from a stranger, meet in daylight, test the item before committing, photograph it at handover and at return, and agree in writing who pays for damage. Our safety guidance covers this in more detail, and it applies to every rental on this site.

Where we link to WhatsApp, a UPI app, or another third party, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for what happens there.

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

If a listing is misleading, unsafe, or appears fraudulent, please report it to the grievance officer. We would much rather remove a listing early than leave it up while someone works out how to report it.
