A person checks the transfer arrived and grants your days. This is when a new listing goes live.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost to list a rental on RENTAL PAY LO?
- A 30-day listing is ₹99. Longer terms cost less per day: ₹249 for 90 days, ₹449 for 180 days and ₹799 for a full year. A vendor’s very first listing is ₹29 as a launch offer.
- Do you take a commission on the rental?
- No. You pay only for the listing, once per term. The rent, the deposit and everything else is settled directly between you and the renter, and you keep 100% of it.
- What does “boost” do?
- A boost pins your listing to the top of its category and city search results for the boost period. It costs ₹199 for 30 days, or ₹249 bundled with a 30-day listing. It does not change the price of your rental.
- What happens when my listing expires?
- An expired listing is hidden from search, not deleted. Renew any time to take it live again at your original listing. Renewing early adds the new days on top of the days you already have, so you never lose time.
- How do I pay?
- By UPI. You will see our UPI handle and a QR code on the checkout screen, pay from your own banking app, and paste the transaction reference. A person confirms the transfer before your listing goes live. We never see or hold your money.
- Is the verified badge included?
- No, and it is never sold. “Verified” means a person confirmed the owner is who they say they are. It is earned by a human check, not bought, because a badge anyone can pay for stops meaning anything.
