You are the publisher of record

An agent plan publishes your listings automatically because you are accountable for them, not because we have checked each one. Every description, photo, price and deposit is yours and your responsibility, and so is dealing fairly with renters. We provide the space to publish and nothing more. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the term starts.

Frequently asked questions

Who is an agent plan for?
Businesses that list many items rather than one - rental agencies, brokers, dealers and shops. If you rent out one camera or one flat, the simple per-listing pricing is a better fit.
How much does an agent plan cost?
Agent Monthly is ₹999 and Agent Yearly is ₹9,999, before GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout. A first-term offer of ₹499 applies to a new monthly plan.
Is there really no per-listing fee?
Correct. While your plan is active you publish without a per-listing fee, up to the plan’s live-listing limit. The plan is a fair-use limit so one account cannot flood the directory.
What happens if my plan expires?
Your agent listings are hidden, not deleted. Renew and they return to their original links with no work.
Are agent plans refundable?
No. A subscription is non-refundable once its term has started - there is no partial refund for unused time or unused listing capacity. This is set out in the agent terms.
Who is responsible for what is listed?
You are. An agent is the publisher of record for every listing on the account - the descriptions, photos, prices and deposits are yours, and so is the responsibility for them. We provide the space to publish only.
